Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your product arrives to you damaged or broken, please provide us with a picture as proof of damage sent to restore316hair@gmail.com and we will send a replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
If an item becomes unavailable or out of stock a refund will be issued to the card you made the purchase with or the item will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
